I am a seasoned therapist who has over 30 years experience treating individuals and couples. I have worked with a wide range of issues that involve anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual concerns, as well as unexpected life events that have caused extreme stress and loss.

I was trained in the field of human sexuality and sex therapy at Yale University by Dr, and Mrs. Sarrel who were trained as a team by Masters and Johnson. I was an instructor on a NIMH grant where I supervised other mental health professionals in their sex therapy practice. I have also given numerous workshops and talks on this subject.

I am also a certified EMDR therapist trained by the founder of EMDR, Francine SHapiro PHD, and a charter member of EMDRIA (EMDR international).
