I am dedicated to helping people overwhelmed with some aspect of their life, be it their relationships, family, or job situation. I can assist individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or panic, as well as couples who feel frustrated, unheard, and misunderstood in their communications.

This therapy can help you understand and change the beliefs and behavior patterns that are obstacles to your feeling good about yourself, reaching your goals, and improving your relationships.

I am a Certified EMDR therapist who treats trauma, PTSD, abuse, and addiction. I am also an AASECT Diplomat Certified in Sex Therapy who treats sexual issues. I have over thirty years of experience treating individuals and couples throughout Connecticut.
